Phosphatidic acid is a dietary supplement that is a type of phospholipid. It is found naturally in the body and has a variety of health benefits, including increased muscle growth, improved exercise performance, and enhanced fat loss

Glutamine is a building block for making proteins in the body. It's also needed to make other amino acids and glucose. Glutamine supplements helps gut function, immune function, and other processes, especially in times of stress when the body uses more glutamine.

creatine helps maintain a continuous energy supply to your muscles during intense lifting or exercise. In addition to providing more energy and helping to increase muscle growth, creatine helps: Speed up muscle recovery. When you exercise, you create micro-tears in your muscle fibers

Game changer

I love creatine, it’s been around forever and its results for performance improvement are well documented. By itself it works great, but evidently when creatine is combined with these other compounds, it works even better plus you get the recovery factor.
Personal experience: I’ve been eating and lifting consistently, but now that I’ve added creastack to the mix I def feel stronger and my muscles are quite a bit fuller after 3 weeks.

Best Creatine in over 20 years

Setting from multiple seats...dad of a high-level athlete, former strength athlete, and owner of a gym I've made many misses and hits over two decades. I've tried close to a dozen or more different creatine monohydrate formulas over this time with similar results. Solid, but not earth-shattering.

Creastack is the first one that has provided the highest strength gains relative to baseline as well as providing a full health benefit for my family and me. I'd recommend Creastack to anyone looking to improve their overall strength gains and well-being.
